An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and analytical accountant to join a dynamic private office team supporting multi-entity financial operations and family estates. This role blends operational accounting with strategic reporting and governance responsibilities across a diverse portfolio of entities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and perform in-depth expense reviews across regions
• Lead cashbook processing, bank reconciliations, and trial balance prep
• Handle monthly/quarterly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
• Perform tax calculations and prepare schedules for family structures
• Support audits, board pack preparation, and regulatory submissions
• Oversee payroll inputs, fixed asset registers, and interest schedules

• Accounting qualification + 2+ years post-qualification experience
• Strong in reconciliations, tax, and multi-entity accounting environments
• Proficient in Sage 300 & Microsoft Dynamics
• Comfortable working in a lean, high-expectation finance team
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
