POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of D365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and/or Business Central, providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, architectural leadership and support with Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture: Develop and design end-to-end D365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, industry standards, and best practices.

Technical Leadership: Provide architectural oversight for D365 implementations, integrations, and custom development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and technical consultants to define requirements and drive successful implementations.

Customization & Integration: Define integration strategies with Power Platform, Azure services, third-party applications, and legacy systems.

Governance & Best Practices: Establish best practices for development, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Pre-Sales & Advisory: Support pre-sales activities by presenting solutions, estimating efforts, and responding to RFPs.

Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, recommend optimizations, and ensure system stability.

Business Development: Support to grow pipeline, work on proposals and acquire new clients

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience as a D365 Solution Architect in Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and/or Business Central.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, and Dataverse.

Experience with integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware solutions.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM best practices, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics SDKs, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI tools.

Ability to lead development teams and guide technical consultants.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert, Power Platform certifications) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies.

Knowledge of security and compliance standards in enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience in data migration, reporting, and analytics.

Location: Deloitte Waterfall City / Remote

Duration of contract: 6 months
