SUMMARY:
Gijima Staffing Solutions on behalf of a client is recruiting for experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead our Business Information Security team. This senior leadership role will focus on scaling and managing business-related security capabilities, including access management, data security, third-party security, and security awareness training. You will work closely with IT and business teams to ensure the security of core business assets and contribute to the overall cybersecurity strategy.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP).
Strong experience in managing business-related security functions such as access management, data protection, and third-party security.
Proven ability to lead a specialized cybersecurity team in a large environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on business-IT collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Business Information Security team, focusing on talent development and performance.
Oversee access management, data security, third-party security, and security awareness training initiatives.
Collaborate with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) on threat and vulnerability management.
Work with key stakeholders to define and implement a threat-informed, risk-based cybersecurity strategy.
Manage budgets, provide updates, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of cybersecurity policies and procedures.
