SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? My client, a leading UK-based company specialising in healthcare software and care, is seeking 5 Customer Support Consultants to join their dynamic team. This is a fixed term contract with the potential of going permanent.

If you have 2+ years of call centre experience within the BPO industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: On-site in Pretoria East

Salary: R10 000 basic + Commission on KPIs

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- At least 2 years' experience in a call centre environment in the BPO industry in a customer care consultant.
- AT least 1 year's sales experience.
- Fresh desk experience.
- Clear, neutral English accent.

Job Description:
- Taking clients on a digital journey and supporting them.
- Dealing with and queries that arise.
- Dealing with clients telephonically, via email and via video.
- 30-35 tickets per agent per day.
- KPI: NPS = 10
- KPI: 95%+ FCR, First Response, Resolution & CSAT SLAs
