POSITION INFO:

A company in Fourways, Johannesburg is looking for a Customer Retention Intern.

The salary is R7500,00

Its a 12-month Internship.

Only candidates who are currently unemployed can apply.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage bookings for vehicles in the workshop, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and promote workshop services, products, and upgrades.
• Identify sales opportunities in the workshop and work towards meeting sales targets.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services where applicable.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including updating customer records and processing bookings.
• Assist in maintaining a high standard of communication with customers regarding their vehicle status and service needs.

Requirements:

• Matric (With an average of 60%)
• No criminal record
• Must be unemployed currently
