SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Customer Care Representative to work in line with local sales strategies to support achievement of their sales growth plan. The Customer Service Representative will focus on customer support, order handling, complaint handling and assist the sales force wherever needed.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification (Advanced Diploma / Degree)
Familiar with CRM systems and practices (SAP)
Empathy and customer-orientated attitude
MUST have the ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure.

POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities

Process orders coming in via fax, e-mail or telephone and for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, free of charge deliveries, returns etc. in a timely and accurate manner.
Process stock deliveries to sales representatives in Region, as well as inventory transfers
Monitor the complete delivery processes
Arrange special deliveries on request
Control and send out invoices
File ordering documents and related records
Handle service complaints from customers and/or sales representatives.
Respond to questions from sales representatives, pharmacists, nurses and/or doctors about orders, deliveries, product availability etc.
Handle backorders.
