Our client in the automotive sector is looking for a Customer Activation Specialist to provide activation and sale closure support

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

• 2-3 years working experience in the customer service or sales industry
• MS Office suite
• Relevant qualification
• Prior industry related platform experience will be advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure

• Provide activation and sale closure support through creation, engagement and lead management of clients digitally, telephonically and on the CRM
• Ensure a competitive culture in which every customer demographic is included
• Lead creation and activation, research and develop in collaboration with marketing to set up specific content that drives generation across the group
• Ensure all leads qualified from social media platforms, WhatsApp, website etc for lead generation
• Superior client engagement digitally over the phone (telephone etiquette) and face to face measured by call recordings and client feedback
• Complete applications from leads generated
• Assist the marketing team identify monthly activations to drive leads aligned to the brands onsite and in our catchment areas
• Customer satisfactions calls on survey after the customer experience executives are complete with the full process and the customer has received their license and registration
• Reporting on CI that is fed to Lead Manager and Sales Manager to improve service and retention
