SUMMARY:
Creditors Controller - CPD Northern suburbs

POSITION INFO:
A client in the agriculture community is looking for a Creditors Controller to join their head office in Cape Town Northern Suburbs

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full accounts payables function, at our administrative Head Office.

Key responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Executive Director. The successful candidate is required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work both independently and within a dynamic team environment. Attention to detail and accuracy, as well as working well under pressure and meeting deadlines are a must.
Creditors control:

• Oversee accounts payable cycle
• Invoice processing and verification
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Processing of weekly and monthly payments
• Completion of credit applications
• Supplier relationship management
• Month-end and year-end processing
• Compliance with company standards and policies
• Any other tasks as required by management

• 5 Years’ extensive accounts payable control experience
• Minimum Grade 12 school certificate
• Financial qualification will be advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own transport in necessary
