POSITION INFO:
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills?

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Team Leader to join their dynamic finance team.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing accounting processes, this role is perfect for you!

The role is a 6 month contract role based in Bryanston, Johannesburg North.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and direct all activities within the Accounts Payable Department, including payments within terms, payment projections, and supplier reconciliations.
Collate, prepare, and interpret financial performance against key business metrics.
Ensure the efficient execution and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes to achieve strategic objectives.
Oversee financial reporting for multiple business funds, including marketing and supply chain funds across various markets.
Serve as a business partner by delivering accurate and insightful financial information to budget holders, ensuring proper revenue accounting, and optimizing fund spending.
Manage and enhance the digital platform for electronic vouchering.

Key Requirements:

Excellent stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial systems and digital payment platforms.
