Credit Controller

SUMMARY:
Credit Controller R25 000 - R30 000 Situated in Durbanville

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a full time CREDIT CONTROLLER at our group of companies. Our office is situated outside Durbanville on the Vissershok Road.

This position reports to the Financial Manager, but works independently. Responsibilities will include but is not limited to over sea the staff responsible for invoicing.

R25 000 - R30 000

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales Report of 5 companies
• Price checking
• Help with Reconciliation of accounts
• Monthly statement recons, sending and all communication
• Follow up on age analysis (debt collection)
• Handle credit applications
• Control credit limits via CGIC
• Dealing with customer related enquiries
• Professional communication (written and verbal)

Minimum Requirements:

• At least a definite 5 years debtors function experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Grade 12
• High level of numeracy and literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Accuracy
• Own transport
• Work references

This position offers a market related salary - dependant on qualifications and previous experience. Employees become member of a provident fund after their 3 month probation period paid by the employer. Annual close down is in December/January during builder’s holiday. Working hours are from 8:00 to 17:00, but only until 15:00 on a Friday.
