SUMMARY:
A prominent company is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage the debtor's book and recover overdue amounts. This role is key to minimizing bad debt and ensuring productive business relationships with customers. POSITION INFO:

Credit application approval
Account management
Resolve account queries
Oversee debtors recoveries
Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures
Regular reporting
Handle account quotations
Manage credit control activities
Ensure control mandate requirements are met
Oversee project administration control
Forward monthly statements to clients
Perform general administrative duties
Promote and uphold company values and culture

Skills & Experience:
Good communication skills
Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations

Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Integrity and credibility
Strong planning and organizing abilities
Basic computer skills
Ability to influence and persuade

Qualification:
Minimum Grade 12 with 4 years of related experience in credit control
Shared service experience is advantageous
