SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Credit Analyst to evaluate credit applications, conduct financial risk assessments, and support decision-making processes within the agricultural sector. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, regulatory knowledge, and a keen understanding of credit risk management.

POSITION INFO:

Perform detailed financial and credit risk analyses to assess the viability of funding requests.
Ensure all credit applications adhere to internal policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to resolve credit-related issues and improve processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide expert insights to refine credit policies and enhance risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor''s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Agri-Economics, or Credit Management.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in credit evaluation, preferably in agricultural finance.
Core Competencies:
- Expertise in financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (NCA, CPA, FICA).
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards.
Additional Requirements: Flexibility to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
