SUMMARY:
NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a Cost and Management Accountant to join an FMCG team in the Western Cape!

POSITION INFO:
This critical role requires a motivated accounting individual with a BCom in accounting or financial management and 2 – 5 years of progressive experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of product costings, price negotiation, and planning, coupled with advanced Microsoft Office and Syspro skills. Responsibilities include leading inventory control, ensuring compliance with financial processes, and driving performance improvements across financial and cost management systems.

The role demands excellent analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Interested candidates should demonstrate their ability to effectively communicate with all business stakeholders and maintain system integrity.
