A prominent FMCG company is seeking a Cost and Management Accountant to handle cost analysis, budgeting, and performance management. You will be responsible for monitoring production costs, analyzing variances, and preparing detailed financial reports. Your insights will be essential in driving cost-saving initiatives and improving operational efficiency.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom
CIMA or studying towards CIMA is highly advantageous
3-5 years of experience in cost and management accounting, preferably within the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
