Job & Company Description:

A well-established manufacturing company is on the lookout for a Cost and Management Accountant to lead cost analysis, budgeting, and performance evaluation. In this role, you will analyze production costs, monitor variances, and prepare comprehensive financial reports. Your expertise will be key in driving cost-saving initiatives and supporting strategic business decisions.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting or Cost and Management Accounting
CIMA or studying towards CIMA is advantageous
3-5 years of experience in cost and management accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, budgeting, and variance analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
