SUMMARY:
Introduction
Our client in the petrochemical industry is seeking to employ a Cost Estimator to join their team. Please note that this is a fixed term contract.
Location: Jafurah, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities

Analyse project plans and specifications.
Calculate and forecast costs.
Collaborate with stakeholders.
Identify and recommend cost saving measures.
Prepare and submit bids and proposal.
Maintain records of estimated and actual costs.
Communicate cost data to all necessary departments.

Experience & Qualification

BS degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years experience in cost estimation.
Relevant experience in oil and gas.
Project management in engineering.
Experience in EPC phases (engineering, material procurement, construction management) emphasis on construction management.
Technically qualified to support the projects in Jafurah.
Advanced technical and soft skills, excellent written and verbal communication, must be fluent in English and well presented.
