Cornubia - Our client, a leader within the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Cost Estimator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
As a Cost Estimator, you will play a vital role in producing accurate, and competitive quotations while maintaining a reasonable profit margin within 24 hours and providing exceptional technical support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently estimate jobs considering various cost factors to ensure competitiveness.
• Allocate the correct machine to maximize production efficiency.
• Ensure a turnaround time of 12 – 24 hours on quotations.
• Ensure accurate and complete information is communicated to production.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to queries.
• Provide technical support both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
• Certificate in Estimating will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of label printing processes will be beneficial.
• Advanced computer skills.
