POSITION INFO:

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in auditing and reviewing project costs, reports, and procurement documents.
• Support in tracking project progress, including potential site visits.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to collect and verify financial data.
• Contribute to cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Help prepare and review cost estimates for capital and maintenance expenditures.
• Ensure project expenditures align with schedules and planned budgets.
• Organize and participate in coordination meetings to monitor project milestones.
• Assist with additional tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and financial insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s in Financial Management is an advantage).
• Around two years of experience in cost or financial analysis, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost management principles, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Familiarity with construction cost drivers, industry benchmarks, and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial analysis tools (experience with AutoCAD and BIM is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
