SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
This role reports to the Head of Management Accounting and will be responsible for cost control, project budgeting, pricing analysis, and financial reporting to ensure accurate cost management across multiple developments.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification
Experience in cost accounting within the property development or construction sector
Strong knowledge of project costing, budget forecasting, and cost variance analysis
Proficiency in financial systems (SAP advantageous)
4+ years of relevant experience in a project-driven environment
