POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
As the Cost Accountant, you will be responsible for:

Monitoring and controlling food, beverage, and operational costs.
Conducting variance analysis and cost investigations.
Preparing detailed cost reports and recommendations for management.
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory valuation.
Collaborating with operations teams to improve cost efficiencies.

Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or Cost Management.
Experience in the hospitality industry (essential).
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, service-oriented environment.
