Corporate Social Investment Manager

SUMMARY:
We require a Corporate Social Investment Managers for a Food and Beverage company in the Winelands area. As the CSI Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving positive social impact for the company while enhancing its brand image and building stronger relationships with the community.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration (or related) Degree
3. At least 4 years of experience in corporate social responsibility roles
4. Experience with community development projects
5. Thorough understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and best practices
6. Experience in developing and executing CSI strategies
7. Strong project management skills
8. Ability to identify community initiatives

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the CSI strategy
• Provide feedback to stakeholders
• Manage the CSI budgets and resources
• Comply with legal requirements relating to the initiatives
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes of the program
