SUMMARY:
Are you a dynamic finance professional with a passion for deal-making? We are seeking a Corporate Finance Transactor to lead and execute high-value transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex deals and drive value for clients.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute corporate finance transactions, including M&A, private equity, and capital raising.
Oversee financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence.
Manage deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memoranda, and reports.

Requirements:

CA(SA), CFA, or relevant finance qualification preferred.
Proven experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
Strong expertise in valuations, due diligence, and deal structuring.
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
