Job Details:

Title: Corporate Finance Manager
Location: Sandton, South Africa
Responsibilities:
- Lead M&A initiatives, including due diligence and valuations.
- Advise on capital raising and investment opportunities.
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership.
- Oversee financial modeling and risk assessments for deals.
Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification.
- 6+ years of corporate finance or investment banking experience.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Experience in deal structuring and negotiations.
