Experience & Requirements:

CA (SA) / CFA
Min 3-5yrs post articles exp within Corporate Finance / Deals / M & A coupled with commercial experience
Strong academics a must
The environment is a fast paced, entrepreneurial and high performance culture, so looking for an incumbent with passion and agility, who will be the trusted confidant to the CEO at multiple levels.
Oversee strategic business initiatives.
Assist and communicate with the CEO and executive leadership team
Independent leadership of special CEO-initiated projects.
Recognise and initiate new business opportunities.
