SUMMARY:
Are you a driven finance professional looking to make an impact in corporate finance? We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Advisor to join our team. This role requires expertise in valuations and due diligence, with a strong focus on transaction execution and financial advisory.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive business valuations and financial modeling.
Perform detailed due diligence to assess investment opportunities.
Assist in M&A transactions, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and investment memoranda.
Engage with clients, investors, and stakeholders in deal execution.

Requirements:

CA(SA) preferred (or relevant finance qualification).
Strong experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.
Proven ability to perform valuations and financial due diligence.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
