SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will contribute to the growth of a dynamic corporate finance advisory business, focusing on high-impact transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute capital raising (equity and debt) transactions
Manage M&A and BEE transactions
Oversee valuations, listings, de-listings, and balance sheet restructuring
Provide expertise in debt and equity capital markets and JSE sponsor services

Qualifications & Experience:

BSc Degree in Finance or a related field
Extensive corporate finance experience in an M&A-focused firm
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
An entrepreneurial mindset with sound commercial acumen
Proven ability to manage high-pressure deadlines and deliver exceptional results
