SUMMARY:
This prominent investment firm, focused on corporate finance advisory and fund management, is seeking a Corporate Finance Associate. The firm offers specialized financial expertise to businesses, supporting them through mergers, acquisitions, capital raising efforts, and strategic investment decisions.

POSITION INFO:
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will collaborate closely with senior advisors, contributing to financial analysis, deal structuring, and the execution of various transactions. This role offers a unique chance to gain practical experience in high-level corporate finance, work on intricate deals, and advance your career in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and other corporate finance transactions
Perform in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence processes
Prepare and evaluate financial reports, valuations, and transaction-related documentation
Support senior team members in maintaining client relationships and delivering strategic advice
Research market trends, client industries, and potential investment opportunities
Work with the team on deal structuring, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
CA(SA) qualification is essential
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
3-5+ years' experience in corporate finance or private equity
Experience in valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence
Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
Strong academics
