SUMMARY:
This leading investment firm specializing in corporate finance advisory and fund management is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate. They provide expert financial guidance to businesses, helping them navigate mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic investments.

POSITION INFO:
As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will work closely with senior advisors, assisting with financial analysis, deal structuring, and execution across a range of transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-level corporate finance, work on complex deals, and grow your career in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other corporate finance transactions
Conduct detailed financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence
Prepare and review financial reports, valuations, and transaction documentation
Support senior team members in managing client relationships and providing strategic advice
Conduct research on market trends, client sectors, and potential investment opportunities
Collaborate with the team on deal structuring, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
CA(SA) qualification is essential
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction advisory
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
3-5+ years' experience in corporate finance or private equity
Experience in valuations, financial modelling and financial due diligence
Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
Strong academics
