POSITION INFO:
Join this dynamic corporate finance team as an M&A Associate and take your career to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions, collaborate with top-tier clients, and gain exposure to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of M&A transactions, including valuations, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
Conduct in-depth industry research and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic targets.
Prepare client presentations, investment memorandums, and board-level materials.
Perform due diligence on potential targets, analyzing financial, operational, and strategic aspects of the business.
Assist in drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including term sheets and sale agreements.
Collaborate with senior team members to originate and execute deal opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction process.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field; CFA qualification is highly advantageous.
3+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
Solid understanding of valuation techniques and transaction processes.
A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CFA or CA(SA) qualification is highly advantageous.
