SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Analyst with a strong background in financial analysis, valuation, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate finance principles and a proven ability to support key decision-making processes, mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis to support corporate strategies and initiatives
Assist with the preparation of financial models, valuations, and projections
Evaluate business performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
Support M&A activity, due diligence, and integration processes
Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA or similar certifications are a plus)
Proven experience as a Corporate Finance Analyst or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance principles
