Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 4–7 years of experience in M&A transactions, capital raising, financial modelling, and valuations, along with a solid foundation in investment, risk, and credit. A strong technical background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics is highly desirable to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support M&A transactions, including deal origination, structuring, and execution.
• Develop and review financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business valuations.
• Conduct in-depth market research and financial due diligence to inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage capital-raising processes, including preparing investor presentations and information memorandums.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, investors, and other financial partners.
• Provide advisory support in risk assessment, credit evaluation, and investment analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CA, FRM) is advantageous.
• 4–7 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, or related areas.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuations, and data analysis.
• Experience in risk and credit assessment is essential.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
