SUMMARY:
DBN000030 - Social & Municipal Integration Coordinator - Ballito

Purpose of the Job:
To oversee the municipal integration projects & continuous management, post-implementation successfully and professionally.

Required Qualifications:

1. Degree in Environmental Studies or related field – not negotiable
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
3. Knowledge or Regulations at municipal, regional and national level
4. Knowledge of Government programs

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

1. Assess stakeholders to ascertain their requirements and service eligibility.
   Create & effectively implement plans for stakeholder involvement in line with the overall strategy for stakeholder engagement
2. Work together with community organizations, healthcare providers & other service agencies to coordinate & oversee the delivery of projects to stakeholders
3. Manage stakeholder mapping
4. Prepare communications to stakeholders, and address their inquiries
5. Create &implement individualized service plans & keep accurate and current stakeholder records and documentation.
6. Organize & facilitate working group and workshops Follow-up visits and reassessments to make sure stakeholder needs are being met
7. Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies
