POSITION INFO:
Our Opportunity

We have multiple opportunities available for both workshop and field work in the Bathurst/Lithgow Region, NSW, Australia.

Daily duties will include:

Belt inspections and mapping activities.
Belt splicing and belt repair activities.
Belt installation and change-out activities.
Belt cleaner inspections and maintenance activities.
Pulley lagging repairs and/or replacement.
General belt maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate for this position would have:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Underground Black Coal experience is preferable but not essential.
Certificate III in Polymer Processing – or in the process of obtaining.
A valid driver’s license is valid.
Ability to fulfill the inherent physical tasks required of this job - which will include repetitive lifting of weights up to 25kgs.
HR driver’s license – an advantage.
Forklift license – an advantage.
Dogging or Rigging license – an advantage.
Willing to relocate to Bathurst / Lithgow Region NSW Australia.
