POSITION INFO:
Our Opportunity

• We have multiple opportunities available for both workshop and field work in the Bathurst/Lithgow Region, NSW, Australia.

Daily duties will include:

• Belt inspections and mapping activities.
• Belt splicing and belt repair activities.
• Belt installation and change-out activities.
• Belt cleaner inspections and maintenance activities.
• Pulley lagging repairs and/or replacement.
• General belt maintenance activities.

The ideal candidate for this position would have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Underground Black Coal experience is preferable but not essential.
• Certificate III in Polymer Processing – or in the process of obtaining.
• A valid driver’s license is valid.
• Ability to fulfill the inherent physical tasks required of this job - which will include repetitive lifting of weights up to 25kgs.
• HR driver’s license – an advantage.
• Forklift license – an advantage.
• Dogging or Rigging license – an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to Bathurst / Lithgow Region NSW Australia.
