POSITION INFO:

Conveyancing Vacancies – Transfers & Bonds - East Rand

Conveyancing Department (Transfers and Bonds) -

Required: four highly motivated and skilled individuals to join the transfer (2 positions) and bond (1 position) department and 1 position as a “FICA” assistant to the transfer department.

Responsibilities:

- Handle administrative tasks related to property transfers.

- Assist the main transferring administrator with daily tasks and duties.

- Use Legalsuite software to manage and process conveyancing documentation.

- Maintain accurate and organized records.

- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

- Provide support in preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents.

Minimum requirements:

- Prior conveyancing experience is required.

- Working knowledge of Legalsuite software preferable

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
