In this role, you will work closely with the partner and take on essential responsibilities, including title transfers, estate transfers, subdivisions, and consolidations. You will play a crucial role in the winding up of estates, ensuring a smooth process for clients.

Role: Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: Market Related
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail to manage all financial aspects of conveyancing transactions, including final accounts and payouts upon registration.
- Proficiency in LexisConvey and GhostPractice.
- Experience applying for Transfer Duty Receipts via the SARS eFiling system and obtaining Rates Clearance Certificates online from municipalities.
- Matric Certificate
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
