Our client seeks a meticulous and highly organised Conveyancing Secretary to join their team.
 

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• All processes in the transfer process, from receipt of instruction to registration of transactions
• Liaising with all parties involved including sellers, purchasers, agents, bond originators, cancellation, and bond attorneys
• Attending to all Estate Late Transfers received from our Estates Department
• Consolidations and subdivisions
• Preparing own transfer matter documents for lodgement in the Deeds Office
• Sending out of instructions to lodging agents

• 3-5 years’ previous experience in a similar role as a Conveyancing Secretary
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and ability to follow processes in a diligent manner
• Team player with good people skills
