Conveyancing Attorney

We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven Conveyancer to join our Cape Town branch.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets while maintaining exceptional work quality and the ability to perform under pressure.

Job Description:

• Meet with clients to sign documents, ensuring FICA requirements are accurately met following the minimum FICA Act & Bank SLA standards.
• Foster strong working relationships with Transfer Secretaries by meeting before client appointments to review files and address any challenges.
• Ensure all scheduled appointments are attended to promptly.
• Address client complaints and queries immediately and keep the Directors updated on the resolution status via email or in person.
• Generate leads and build your client base over time.
• Cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the client network.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with prior experience in client handling and client services.
• A driven, results-oriented approach to your work.
• A solid understanding of both internal and external processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• LLB degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an admitted attorney
• Admitted Conveyancer with at least 1 year of experience as a Conveyancer
• Willingness to travel when necessary
