POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Managing property transfers from instruction to final accounts
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and banks
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents
Managing multiple transactions efficiently

ð¹ Requirements:

Relevant law degree with completed articles
Admitted Conveyancer with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in full function conveyancing
Sound understanding of bond cancellation and registration processes of various banks and financing institutions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to work independently but also a keen team player
