Lexdan Select is assisting a boutique legal firm with their search for a Conveyancer, based in Pretoria, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Responsible for handling all types of transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations.
Responsible for maintaining existing relationships with estate agents / estate agencies / banking institutions.
Attending marketing initiatives, in order to grow the practice.

Requirements:

Has an LLB degree and is an Admitted Attorney in South Africa
Must have passed the National Conveyancing Examination
Minimum 3 years post admissions experience
Must have own transportation
