Manage and support ControlM and Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot ControlM jobs and MFT workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of services.
Participate in on-call rotation and resolve incidents within SLA.
