Our client is looking for a Control Room Manager to join their team in Sandton

POSITION INFO:

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise the shift operations ensuring all security systems and processes are running smoothly. Monitor CCTV footage Coordinate and lead a team of security personnel Maintain accurate logs and reports on shift incidents Response promptly to emergencies, alerts or client concerns Ensure compliance at all times Train and mentor shift staff when required to improve performance and vigilance

Requirements:
Minium 5 years of surveillance / control room experience within the security industry with at least 2 years being in a supervisory role Proficiency in operating CCTV system and other security technologies This role will require liaising with US based Line Managers and clients - Excellent English verbal and written communication is non - negotiable Leadership and problem-solving mindset are required.
