About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure project milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
This position reports to the Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead on-site construction activities
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and maintain strict quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and manage risk on-site
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site
• Maintain accurate documentation and site records

• Building degree or diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering (preferred)
