SUMMARY:
Contractor Administrator
POSITION INFO:
We are currently looking for a Contractor Administrator to join our team. This is a 12-month contract position based in the Middleburg area.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (NQF Level 5)
- Basic experience in time & attendance
- Experience in working with time & attendance system (Skycom)
- Experience in the mining industry will be an advantage
- Must have SAP & Skycom experience
Job Description:
- Audit and control contractor packs. Contractor register liaison with Training Centre
- Engage contractor employees on the system, issue access cards and monitor activities
- Coordination of the Department of Labour audit
- Capture updated contractor employees’ certificates daily e.g. Medical certificates, KBC training records , Onsite induction
- Present and share contractor packs status weekly to section heads and contractors
- Generate monthly reports on SAP and Skycom
- Administration of contractor employees’ safety incentives quarterly e.g. Ekhaya Bonus
- Running of quarterly contractor meetings
- SAP & Skycom integration to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor and maintain errors on the Health Source report
- Maintain accurate filing system
