Are you an experienced professional ready to take the reins of multiple projects in a dynamic and growing company? We are seeking a highly organized and driven Contract Manager to join our team in Montague Gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Supervise teams responsible for the installation of commercial ceilings and partitions.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or commercial installation industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ceiling and partitioning installation processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and teams.
• Ability to problem-solve, adapt to challenges, and make decisions under pressure.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transport are advantageous.
