Managing engineering projects on a contractual basis. Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications:
- BSc or Beng in Civil Engineer
- Pr. Eng Registration with ECSA
- Pr. CPM Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Contract administration as “Engineer, Principal Agent or similar
- Experience in Contract Engineer on SANRAL projects ESSENTIAL
- Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 210/2015 and JBCC)
- Thorough working knowledge of specification and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANA 1200, project specific etc)
- Experience should be with Client bodies being either South African National Roads and / or Concessionaire and / or Provincial Authority
