SUMMARY:
We have a position available for a qualified Project Manager with experience in both Development & Construction.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
BSc Construction Degree or similar
Project Management qualification/certificate
At least. 6 years’ experience in construction and building industry, in both retail & commercial sector.
Ability to manage a team and chair meetings
Based in Gauteng
Professional registration preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and execute comprehensive project roadmaps, encompassing the project's boundaries, objectives, and expected outcomes
Oversee and direct all stages of the construction lifecycle, encompassing material acquisition, subcontractor engagement, and task sequencing
Track project advancement, and furnish consistent progress reports to all involved parties.
Guarantee adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Address and mitigate any challenges or disagreements that may occur throughout the construction phase.
