POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Co-ordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to optimize project resources and workflows.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
• Champion safety practices on-site, conducting regular inspections and training to mitigate risks.
• Proactively address challenges that arise during construction, utilizing strong analytical skills to find effective solutions.
• Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and industry regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager with at least 5 years in the field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or comparable software)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A proactive approach to safety and risk management on-site.
