POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Construction Manager with at least 5 years in the field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or comparable software)
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A proactive approach to safety and risk management on-site.
