POSITION INFO:

WHO ARE WE: A leading FMCG business in Africa.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: A Construction Manager (Civil) to be based in Zambia who has previously worked within the African market.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Supervise all civil construction activities across all the sites within the group
• Report site progress systematically and monitor contractor's performance
• Use project management tools to monitor budget construction projects 
• Design system to monitor construction quality and make corrective action
• Directly plan and execute construction works
• Design smaller projects and execute with in-house teams
• Should be familiar with costing of construction projects

WHAT DO YOU NEED:

• Degree/Masters in civil engineering
• 10 to 15 years

Competent in :

• Construction methods and quality control
• AutoCAD literacy is a must
• PMP certification is preferable, is an added advantage
• Certified in project scheduling and management
• Strong skills in managing site activities
